If you have paid your university enrollment deposit, but cannot see the 2026 - 2027 housing application, please email reslife@iu.edu so that we can further assist you!
Please make sure you reach out to us using your IU email address and include your 10 digit university ID number.
You will be notified the same business day when the application is available for you.
Only current students and future admitted IU Indianapolis students have access to this application at this time.
If you have just created your IU login, please expect your account to take 2 business days to be created.

Reminders for Current Residents
Students who currently live on campus and wish to continue living on campus for the 2026-2027 academic year can apply for housing starting January 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. This application will close on February 16, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Space is very limited for the 2026-2027 academic year, so submitting an application is not a guarantee of housing.
The Room Change Request Form will open on February 2, 2026 at 10:00a.m. under "Housing Forms". Requests can be made through March 31, 2026. Requests are not guaranteed and are based on availaiblity of space.
