With the increased demand for on campus housing at IU Indianapolis, on campus housing is no longer guaranteed for the 2026-2027 academic year. You may still apply, but an application is not a guarantee of on-campus housing.

Only current students and future admitted IU Indianapolis students have access to this application at this time.

If you have just created your IU login, please expect your account to take 2 business days to be created.

Reminders

Students who have received a housing assignnment will sign up for a move-in time starting in late July. A specific timeframe will be emailed to students through their IU email addresses.

Move-in is August 15 and 16 for first year students and August 22 for continuing and transfer students.

Early arrival accommodations will no longer be accepted.
